Belize is in the American media tonight as the Wall Street Journal is reporting that the FTC has shut down a spamming internet service provide or ISP guilty of providing or contributing to the distribution of spam, porn, child porn, bestiality, violent acts, and incest. The ISP is called Pricewert and is based in Belize City. However, Pricewert is has servers in other locations  and seems to be based in Belize only in name as it also opperates thousands of servers in the United States.
