I for one would like to hear that Mr. Barrow has come up with some homegrown ideas for protecting Belizeans. As "Concerned Too" says, the US "has tried and failed" to combat their drug problem, so why should we wait for a Merida Accord or any other accord? We are all concerned aren't we.
