Belizean Tambran drink recipe Ingredients:
- 1 cup tamarind pods
- 5 cups water
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Crack open the tamarind pods and remove the seeds.
